About RSL
RSL Commercial Architecture is a medium sized firm specializing in a variety of commercial building and renovation projects. Our projects range in size from quite small to $15 million dollars in cost.
Areas of concentration include museums, themed entertainment, financial institutions, corporate, retail, and multi-family design. Being involved in many types of projects and types of construction exposes us to materials, ideas and processes from one area that may not traditionally apply to other areas. We creatively cross pollinate lessons learned from one project and area to another. This brings new perspectives and fresh design into the mix on a continuing basis. RSL experience with museum, audio visual systems and amusement park design influenced our work to integrate a 40 meter long LED screen into the NFL’s ATT Stadium.
RSL has completed multiple LEED certified green building projects. Environmentally friendly design is something we keep in mind even when projects are not involved in specific green building programs or seeking certification. It is our responsibility to design with the health, safety and welfare of a building’s occupants in mind. Green building principles can be applied to every project!
Based in Cincinnati, RSL is licensed to provide services in the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana tri-state area. We are also licensed in an additional 35 states and the District of Columbia. Working in many parts of the country keeps us familiar with various codes and regional requirements including coastal and wind borne debris zones. The RSL staff has more than 150 years of combined experience to apply to your building project. Most have been with us for 10 years or more.
